D and V Property Limited provides a full property management service including monthly rent collection, service charge management (including purchasing of supplies and utilities), insurance, lettings, lease negotiations and management of business rates liabilities for over thirty properties. 

D and V Property Limited manages all the maintenance of properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical and emergency callouts. The maintenance team are available from 6am to 10pm daily. 

Whilst many management agents outsource maintenance, we have our own in-house maintenance team which means we can guarantee the quality of work carried out on your property. Our hands-on property management team conducts regular onsite inspections to ensure that the properties we manage are kept and maintained to a high standard.
